If you've asked:
- How can I identify the high potential leaders across my organization?
- How can I develop my organization’s greatest talent and produce sustainable results?
- How can I ensure the readiness of my talent to execute my organizations strategy?
DDI wants to show you their 10 well-researched factors that define leadership potential.
In this three hour workshop you will:
- Experience a comprehensive session targeted to HR managers and line executives
- Build skills and get a sneak peak of what it is like to be a “Talent Scout” for your organization.
- Become your organization’s key to a consistent and calibrated approach to identifying individuals who offer the highest R.O.I. from development.
This Active Learning Workshop includes:
- Taking a deep dive into how identifying high potential leaders fits into the overall talent strategy of an organization and aligns with the business strategy
- Delving into Leadership Potential Factors, discussing the differences between leadership potential and leadership performance, and rating actual high potentials.
- Applying what you’ve learned by working through a real nomination discussion of candidates for a high-potential pool and laying a foundation of a focused development strategy for these individuals.
- Experiencing a process for reviewing talent and making business-focused talent placement and development decisions.
